SKYWARN: Winter Storm Warning 2/9/17

York County ARES/Skywarn is activated at the request of the National Weather Service due to the Winter Storm Warning. Snowfall amounts are forecast to exceed 11″ along the coast of the county. Winter Storm – 1/17/17-1/18/17

The latest guidance from NWS indicates that spotter activation will not be needed. Spotters/ARES members are encouraged to monitor conditions and be prepared to activate for Skywarn if conditions worsen.
