SKYWARN: Winter Storm Warning 2/9/17

York County ARES/Skywarn is activated at the request of the National Weather Service due to the Winter Storm Warning. Snowfall amounts are forecast to exceed 11″ along the coast of the county. Heavy snow and blowing winds will make travel conditions dangerous and spotters should not venture out on the roads. Spotters are encouraged to …

Skywarn Activation: Winter Storm 2/7/2017

York County ARES/SKYWARN will activate at the request of the National Weather Service due to the impending winter storm in Maine. Snowfall in excess of 4-8″ is expected in the county.
